How big is a treasure chest hitbox in treasure charts also any tips in treasure chests hunting

  • put the map compass on the island if you’re having trouble with following cardinal directions

  • height of the treasure spawn refers to the height of the island itself not the general height
    for example “on top of a high cliff” at frostmill can be literally anywhere as frostmill itself is pretty high
    or “around sea level” at limestone key you get the point (it’s literally one tsunami away from becoming atlantis)

  • finally if all else fails, refer to the first tip and start unearthing the entire island

so basically like a big patch of grass anywhere that patch can be the treasure as long as you hit that certain patch?
