How could intensity be turned into a useful stat?

at high intensity levels, magics will release a second explosion along with their first explosion upon contact of a wall. this second explosion will be much larger than the first and apply the magic’s status effect but deal no damage

or should that be for high attack size

I already suffered enough fighting the speed lightning mage that spammed one move after the other. Please dont let me suffer any more.

it could be more efficient the longer a move cd is, for example being much more efficient on let’s say, ethereal flash than vs blast. There would have to be caps and exceptions though, you don’t want people spamming pulsar again

efficiency could be based solely off opinion. for example, one could argue that vindicator crushing judgement is more efficient than placed explosion because it has verticle and horizantal and knocks to the ground. However, the other could argue that placed explosion is better because it can apply stuns with other magics/synergys, has more horizantal aoe than vindicator, and quicker

they mean the efficiency of the cooldown reduction, not the move
