How will gems work at higher levels?

What are they cooking?

Gems already have level scaling, just like Enchantments do. You typically just don’t see it, since nobody is using gems below max, in most cases. Gems always give the equivalent of half of a T1 Enchantment in their stat categories. Gems give 3 Power currently (half of Strong), for example.
