Hunting enough npcs to get max level legendary deckhands meant that I had reached the galleon cap long before brigs were added.

cool then u are a pve master, can u give me some tip n trick on pve because I sometimes suck fighting NPCs mainly bosses

Bosses are a little harder to give general tips for, but the main thing I would advise is to just stay mobile at all times, bosses often have abilities where you don’t have an opportunity to hit them with an attack, so don’t give them that opportunity either.
For regular npcs, staying in the air and keeping your distance is a pretty good way of avoiding large aoe attacks, it also makes you less likely to be caught on terrain. Also usually the pretty simple attacks work best in pve. Beams and grabs may be useful for fighting players but overall I would say that blasts and similar abilities are probably the best overall for pve.
Also don’t be afraid to run from fights, while this doesn’t work against bosses (cernyx and iris are exceptions) you can run around and stay out of the range or sightline of enemies while you heal.

To be honest it’s a little hard to think of actual advice since I didn’t really get any myself I just played until I could fight npcs over twice my level
