Truly, my 300 size / 100 power / 900 defence earth mage build is so hard to play. I find myself actually having to slightly predict my opponent’s position due to the magic’s slowness, instead of just spamming spells to win!

savants are still pretty goated even though full release isn’t out yet
if you know what you’re doing it’s a pretty good class
used to hate them until I got ganked by them on multiple occasions, and realized how much potential the class has

To be frank, i never became a savant because it would be strong. Simply because being bound by 2 options wasn’t enough for me

ive been worried about this too.. boss drops are definitely good if you get them, but hardly anyone will be using them before max level if they take that much of a grind to get.. (let alone multiple times given level caps)

If we want to keep them valuable for the economy while they’re relevant, maybe lower their rarity as we get closer to their level cap and then just make it a 1/1 chance when the game goes past it (you’ll still need to kill most bosses 4-5 times minimum to get all of their items, so i think 1/1 is fair in this scenario)

The issue with doing this is that common chest items become irrelevant for good as the only way to have them beat boss drops is through modifiers, something that you usually wouldn’t get a lot of as you progress.
