I have some lore questions

wouldn’t this be evidence against the christian god existing in ao? since they don’t measure their years by when jesus was born, implying he doesn’t have any religious significance

Erm, actualy

erm actually jesus was born close to jerusalem and jerusalem doesn’t exist in ao

it isnt now, but who know if it did

tbh lets be real here its probably more likely than Vetex just didnt consider all this

should have phrased that as “earth was the same as it was in the greek mytho” or something

and in the name picker they have the name muhammad

that proves that muhammad existed

and if muhammad existed than jesus existed

also I think abdullah is also one so that just proves it more

I dont think durza nuked earth by 500 ad so its definitely possible

you know what I find interesting is the fact that “evil” and “good” technically aren’t real and are just moral standards we created to define what we find bad or what we find acceptable as a society.

though there are some definitely objectively wrong things, in the eyes of the cosmos, everything is neutral.

I find it a bit perplexing how a supposedly neutral force is attracted to something that only really pertains to mortals or demigods below it

Wsg my fellow nerd

And yet another fellow intellectual

evil actions generally cause unrest and chaos

durza exploded the world

unrest and chaos aren’t exactly evil though

you could argue the sun is evil by this logic as it is constantly basically exploding and going through a supercharged chemical reaction

you could argue your dice is evil becuase the entire point of a dice is to be completely random and chaotic (okay actually D20 shaming exists for a reason :fr:)

it makes more sense that chaos, is, well, attracted to other sources of chaos, rather than “evil”

though idk AU lore is confusing enough as is

i know, but evil often causes them

just old AU stuffs ig, similar to how shadow is “evil energy” ( why )

i personally headcanon it as some form of poison

or maybe “evil” just means chaos, and chaos just so happens to often be the mass destruction of stuffs, which is usually considered “evil”

i headcanon shadow as being “evil” just cause people are afraid of shadows and darkness (mostly so i can still consider it a cold magic)

idk evil can also cause order too in some cases

like how with super corrupt dictatorships, citizens usually don’t revolt unless it gets truly unbearable.

Behold, the pinnacle of mayhem and evil in the universe:
Translucent d20 (Green)

maybe durza is hiding inside some of these little plastic shapes ngl

i wonder if its another “human shared consciousness” thing again aka “things are evil because we think they are evil” stuff

is there any concept like that in greek mytho?

i mean, i dont really remember Chaos devouring worlds and stuffs so AU obviously doesnt stick that close to the og mytho

what if instead of a cube curses are dices instead and you have to roll maximum to absorb their power or they will just fly away ( or, yk, blow up ( its funny ) )

it would be pretty interesting if human morals are actually just what dictates the universe (which I guess means they aren’t our morals but rather we adopted them)

I think it’s more meant like proving that it’s actually the case
(yet another instance of kind of stupid lore bit)
(you can quite easily measure that the earth is round, you literally just need 2 sticks and something to measure time)
(also curse users could just fly up high enough to see that the earth is in fact round)
(or you can literally just look at the other planets, see that they’re all round, and make a educated guess that the earth must also be round)
but hey, vetex has to attribute something to averill except him just being incredibly
handsome (literally)
(and he also fought a bad guy somewhere together with the pk)
