another one, i tried using ship attachment but i think it glitched cause after a while it just dove down and would come up, so i have to killed it the good old reliable one
guess ship attachments and me just dont mix lol
The diving down and not coming up is an intended feature for if you damage them enough. You generally have to move you ship around a bit to continue damaging them and then they often agro again

The only reason i use ship attachments is because i cant use magic underwater and guns are too slow to be safe

If we ever get ship anchors (not sure why since ships stop very quickly) they should deal damage if the land in anything or anyone

a bit hard tbh since they would probably argo/move toward us before we can drop the anchor ( please let me use the anchor as a weapon itd be really fun )

these work near islands or diving spots so ships don’t float away. Since ships already don’t float away these are useless unless vetex makes it so water currents will gradually push your ship away.
Additionally anchors are only so long and most times can’t reach the bottom of the ocean while out in it.
Can you punch it to death? I’ve been trying to punch sea monsters to death but my god is it hard.

Obolus deals random dmg or smt, it one shotted me once but this time only took around 700 hp
I’ve been trying to learn to block since sharks do so much damage, but I think I’ll try out a tankier build.
i recommend blocking tbh, most sea monsters can kill you in 2-3 hits if you have under 2k hp
Does boxing knock back sharks? It may actually be great (and finally a use for it’s knockback) if you can keep the beast away from you and time your blocks.
