If you didn’t vote spirit weapon’s consider yourself an opp

we didn’t need to beat anyone to get ekrix, thats why i said victory instead of W

Still confused why this was a poll though

Because based on the road map it would’ve been added later this year for full release

the first vitality W was knight being better than warrior at launch

insane ngl how that even happened

common vitality W tho

What not account for power in the vitality equation does to a hybrid

There’s zero proof that he has vitality points. He has no spirit weapons, no spirit energy effects, and his dialog makes no reference to vitality. All signs point to Calvus being a three-way savant, not four-way.

The 4500 health in question:

Nah but we’ll only know for sure once spirit weapons drop. Vet will have to add lower level spirit weapons and stuff that can be acquired in the bronze sea, having to wait til Nimbus to get rare/unique weapon versions of your stuff would be a bit much. So if he isn’t adding new side bosses with spirit stuff, Calvus would be good enough to add a spirit weapon. Only really works if you squint your eyes and stretch your imagination to see the random light swords he summons as a spirit weapon skill.

I mean, if you combine both of her phases then Maria has 5000 health, but she’s clearly just a conjurer. I think the high health is just for bossfight purposes.

I can’t see Vetex editing previous bosses to have spirit weapons. We know he’s willing to program non-player-usable abilities if it’s for a boss, like making Flare Magic for Iris. If there were any bosses who used spirit weapons, they would have had those attacks from the start.

I’m guessing the side bosses in the full release will be oracles, as you suggested.

You know, rare spirit weapons can just be like vindicator, lootable instead of being boss drops. Im sure we are getting some atlantean ones too.

Also, im still on the cope-theory of calvus’s spears being a spirit weapon attack, and vetex easily could add another drop, what stops him exactly?

I think that spirit weapons are too rare lore-wise to be dropped from common bosses.

Its would make more sense if they were dropped from warden atlanteans or from diving, treasure hunting and DS chests. (At this point low lvl wardens don’t need to fight specific boss and instead do something outside of story. On the other hand, the only activity thats won’t be hard for them is treasure hunting).

tbh, it’d make sense if vetex swapped the quest reward from the strong scroll to a spirit weapon for that one quest on shell island

Banana spirit weapon.

I’d rather we more weapon diversity than some half-baked vitality stuff that no one will use anyways

there are literally 5 different builds that would use it
currently, barely any people play vitality builds since they only get like half their build

stop spreading this warrior propaganda and embrace the power of vitality once more

So? There are 5 builds who can utilize newer weapons too, and more people actually use those builds.

(1 build, if vetex continues with what he’s been doing this entire time)

warrior
knight
conjurer
warlord
savant

5 builds

if you’re talking about the metamancer perspective on builds I’m sorry bud but absolutely no one uses vitality builds. Weapons may have 1 viable build but vitality has none.

that’s the reason why vetex has to add spirit weapons
there’s no real incentive to play vitality builds because it’s just a pure build but with less scaling and damage and more health

also new weapons stuff would probably be either a new rare weapon or more third abilities, neither of which would be usable by hybrids, so only warriors would benefit from that.
