If you didn’t vote spirit weapon’s consider yourself an opp

idk man there’s quite a lot of great weapons atm and it’ll only get more and more apparent w/ each update

triasta (ew)
sunken
staff weapons
muskets
(sometimes) flintlocks
rapiers
claws
daggers (seared dagger is pretty good iirc)
thallahasi or whatever that sword is called
vindicator
sunken staff

Mage has less moves but far more variety because of multiple magics, customization, synergies, and getting new rare spells every fucking update. Saying warrior has more variety makes me think you might have never actually played warrior

You should be more worried about warlords and conjurers being able to use skills available only on lower tier weapons (flying phoenix) on stuff like Kai sabre or scimitars

Hell you can simplify your attack slots with this, one fs/magic one close/medium range weapon and one long range weapon

I have

and let me tell you

it… sucks.

I don’t like warrior gameplay it’s kinda boring ngl

anyway

while this may be true, all of these things are only going to be contained within a set list of spells and moves that mages can learn, not every magic has a completely new moveset.

unlike warriors, which do have that, and being able to change things with weapon skills gives warriors a huge advantage.

I’m starting to repeat my points :skull:

the point is 92% of people want weapon customization

“but the balancing!”
man shut up u don’t see ppl complain about mages being able to customize their spells

This is entirely speculative and not based on evidence, you havent seen the feature and dont know if this is the case

Would it really make a difference though? All the skills are available to all weapon users save for unique ones like ethereal flash and crushing NG judgement and rising tide

Which aren’t exchangeable

So they’ll still have all the moves except packed into a weapon or two

Here’s a supposed list or exchangeable moves

I mean I guess but I just think the extra versatility they already have is good enough

meh whatever this game’s balancing has been dead since day 1 why do I care so much

I’m going to start abusing potions probably

They dont have any more variety than mages

It’s a convenience/ vanity kind of thing which is nice plus you have to go through the trouble of finding weapons and exotic enchants as well as opposed to just choosing magic

bro what is this comparison :sob:
each magic can have up to 8 spells while weapons atm can only have 3 moves MAX atm :skull:

Plus magics can swap out and modify the spells they use on the fly. Sure, you can swap out weapons as well, but the skills they use are set in stone.

if weapons are getting transferrable skills i hope spirit weapons also do at some point, otherwise they’ll be the only route with 0 customisation, which would be weird

that’s only accounting for the present, weapons will have way more moves and with how quickly they can mix things up, they will be more versatile than warrior

also, weapons aren’t affected by scaling in the way mage or berserker is, their second and third weapons aren’t smaller by any means.

man idk anymore everyone LOVES the idea of weapon customization for some reason and I’m failing to see how or why it would be a good idea outside of being consistent with everything else

i just think it’d be cool to see shining cycle on a spear

oh hell nah

gun draw: rain of arrows is real :sob:

well lead rain is already a saying i think

if this does happen though, i hope we can use multiple of the same weapon type like someone said earlier, 3 shields sounds so cool

Where can I find this graph so I can take a better look at it?

You said yourself that weapons had 5-6 skills planned, even if warrior gets a 4th weapon slot with those numbers it will only ever at the maximum be equal to mages with the downside of 0 customization
