To answer that question, it’s because pictures of it do it injustice. The artist of that painting, Alex Newman, is known to be a brilliant color artist. So much so that any replicas of his paintings or restoration never comes out the same because of how much time Newman put into creating a depth of color and texture. Also the painting is meant to be seen in person because of how huge it is
