Honestly, I found kinematics to be very intuitive. It’s mostly due to knowing calculus beforehand tho, since you can pretty much derive all of the kinematic equations by only using calculus and some algebra.
I personally struggled with energy and forces as they are more abstract (and at first glance, pretty arbitrary). But as you said it is very important to keep practicing :)
