since acid (a magic I use and still use in WoM a lot) is like really similar but it doesn’t deal enough impact for me.

If you like the playstyle a magic has, you basically like that magic. It’s like saying you love the taste of strawberries, but hate strawberries.
Personally I don’t see anything wrong with using a magic with a playstyle you enjoy while not being particularly fond of that magic. I have a file that I plan to use poison on, even though I don’t really care for poison I think that it’ll work quite well with the build I have in mind.

acid is lighter and faster, but hits less hard dont see how it could be the other way around
