Last my theory why he is curse user, is because he didnāt wanted to spoiler his identity to us since he said: āOr I will become a targetā if im correct or smth like that, while Order is hunting down their enemies and curse users, so 50%/50%.
I can be absolutely incorrect since he is Azuraās politican which means he could hide his identity because of it.
the only issue is that if he does have the inferno curse it doesnt matter if he gets hunted because he could fuck them up too

Highly doubt Warren is the Inferno Curse user. I think itās just Inferno Magic. No signs of mental instability even in the slightest, and if he was the Inferno Curse user, heād almost certainly be able to wipe out the order singlehandedly.
It is as strong as Darkflame, after all.
