What does she not participate in combat because that is a severe lack of armor
Or maybe she does have armor she probably just doesn’t wear it out of combat (I wouldn’t recommend doing that when you are rear admiral when assassins exist)
She doesn’t fight that much, she usually stay in HQ to look over niche problems kingdoms has. She’s essentially the one that gives other officers shit to do as shes more fitted for bureaucratic work than fighting in the field
though, if there was no other choice, then she’d prolly throw hands too considering shes proficient at using her magics and skilled at hand2hand combat
