How long did this take? 
Using my in game play time and subtracting jail time, it took 428.5 hours to hit level 6000 (17.854 days)
I did it over several months so my time per day might be a bit more reasonable

This would be very inefficient to do. My default damage one shots captains so power would not make a difference. Moves in World of Magic have a maximum amount of targets they can hit so it wouldn’t kill many council members
