It’s just that rakurai is posting “low-effort” stuff or just reusing the same stuff with slightly different effects. I think this stuff is really good, but since it’s obviously just art studies it’s material you would post in bulk instead of dumping them into different topics

Technically there are limits to what’s allowed in the art category, but multiple people have “complained” (or rather just noted) the constant reuse of things.

Well for one, the Elementals are entirely different art pieces and two, “tweaking” implies little effort to change the base format. You’re not allowed to post works in progress for in the art channel for a similar reason of reusing content.
Yeah, I think showing your own improvement is great. But again, that’s why you post studies in bulk instead of spamming a bunch of them. I love seeing these because they’re excellently done, but they’re so similar there’s no point in making them separate topics.

When it comes to art, people tend to expect certain pieces, like profiles or scenary. Him showing effects is not bad in of itself, however, since this is only done using one shape, a lot of people will feel that the effort was not there.

My main point is that a lot of these could have been one post. Examples being the Iron, Gold, and Lightning spheres all in one post (or even the Iron and Gold in one post since they’re just floating spheres in concept) and the “beams” (all being separate posts for no good reason).

Too many posts in #art makes it harder for others artists who put in a lot of effort into each and every post rather than trying to just re use and modify already existing artwork (which was made recently, too). It doesnt mean these cant be posted, but rather they should be combined into the same topic or added on as a reply.
Making many posts in #art also makes it harder for people on the discord to find and view art. Because of how discord bots work the most recent posts come up first and if someone were to post many topics in a few days it would be filled with those posts at the very front (not everyone has the patience to scroll through all of these posts). All you have to do is just reply onto your own topics, on the gold sphere post you can reply other magic variants as you make them. Otherwise just edit the old topic or even post them in #off-topic if you really want to share each piece as it comes out, that works too.

I said before, I’m practicing anatomy but I’m not posting every fucking hand or body I draw. As Bloxxed said, he’s flooding art forum which affects other artists instead of just posting his progress at one time. This isn’t just my opinion I’ve seen a lot of other artists much better than me see the same issues

Yeah, no disrespect but I agree with @Pedro. At first, it was whatever, but to find you on every single one of @Rakurai posts is kinda suspicious. Not to mention you often don’t comment the nicest things either. It’s one thing to give feedback, but another to tell someone to “stop with these low effort posts.” As Pedro brought up your recent art, I don’t think you have much room to judge… I mean just look at this T-posing Kim jong-un looking, dude.
In any case, I will put it bluntly:

Rakurai already fixed the habit and I’ll talk to them if necessary, but this isn’t really worth talking about anymore since it’s fixed (as far as can be seen)
