lapiz is obtained by fishing (or from breaking gems on crystal islands in the dark sea iirc)
and you get perfect via perfect jewelcrafting

Not related to your post but Im assuming you don’t have perfect gemcrafting, so if you gather the Lapis and reagents to do this DM me and I’ll craft up the gems for you. Considering that it takes a bit of effort to get that many Lapis Lazulis it would kinda suck for them to all be made into low tier jewels
obviously run sailor style for the paralysis effect (soak the target with sailor style attacks, paralyze with lightning magic)
go for a balanced power-defense build with some attack speed and agility, something like this (if you have or are able to afford these items):
The downside of this build is that it is very expensive and difficult to grind for, so a cheaper alternative would be something like this:
Obviously both of these builds have perfect jewels so perfect jewelcrafting would be very helpful in obtaining these builds. If you don’t have perfect jewelcrafting you can probably attempt to trade for the perfect jewels, or just be patient and level up your jewelcrafting skill.
Good weapons are not very essential for a warlock build, but I would recommend trading for an ardent siren bow that you can use to farm bosses easily and efficiently. Use claws to scale walls quicker (yes chat, equipping claws in one of your weapon slots makes you climb walls quicker ) As for the other weapons slot, you can use a reinforced or sturdy shield for better blocking power.
Hope the feedback helped, and good luck on your build!
my builds better tbh
and I don’t say that to be mean, like, my builds unironically have a higher EP.
though atlantean essence can be a pain in the arse to get, probably wanna farm range 0 for keeping it safe.
Also, this is misinformation, a tester at some point in the past demonstrated the climbing speed between wearing claws and not wearing claws, there’s no difference.
I’ve even tested it myself, I don’t see or feel anything change.
