Be a big brother. Inform your parents of it and have the person who she’s connected to the most calmly explain why it’s wrong without delving into the specifics as to not make her lose what might remain of her innocence.
It’s unknown what the origin of this thought is, so they must also ask questions about it and see if they can find anything in her search history and social medias (having her agree to the search will be for the best as well).
Take appropriate measures based on the results that come out of this series of action and make sure to not harass her about it either.

I have a problem, I want to play the games I like or do the things that I enjoy but whenever I log on a game/start doing something I like, I always feel empty and it probably doesn’t help that I’m not good at any of the games I like or hobbies I have

What I do that helps is usually give myself a goal - one of the problems is comfortability without aim. This is why I play MC with the goal of having over a million of some resource collected or crafted, because it gives me a goal in mind with progress.
Also, sometimes, it helps to change up what you play. I will randomly find a game with something to master - a pinball game, tetris, something to test me.
