Anger sucks. Repressed emotions can bring out a bodily response of rage at people. Sometimes, a rage room helps. What helped me is learning buhurt and HEMA. For you, it may be different.

- The question was more so if it’s normal for someone to be pissy most of the time, but now that I think about it, that might be a developmental issue I got hit with. Also a rage room sounds dope, as long as I can fit a punching bag into it.
