I’d like to say, fish don’t give birth. Only a few sharks do. Female fish release eggs into the water and the male fish fertilize the eggs. Then the eggs settle to the seafloor to hatch. Sharks are excluded from this doing their own thing.
Don’t ask me why I know this, I watch to many nature documentaries.
