This has truly been an awesome painting.
The popular and beloved Mayor Tilly may appear as a happy individual who leads Palo Town, one of the most bustling urban settlement in the Bronze Sea. That said, that bubbly public appearance is perhaps just a facade to hide a much more sinister cobra hiding in the minds of the young mayor. Perhaps she witnessed a lot of bloodshed early in her life which horrified her but she slowly got desensitized and fascinated the red liquid floating in the human body. Nobody really knows what she did after this experience, some say she was a pirate who was known to be particularly nasty, some say she worked as ruthless mercenary or bounty hunter. Whatever the case might be, you can’t deny that she is a talented individual who may have gone from nobody to someone and that someone was able to put Grand Navy on their side. However, it is particularly questionable why execution is hosted right in front of her house, maybe she order it to be that way. Rumors have suggested that the bodies of criminals are kept under her basement to keep her “ecstatic”. At the end of the day, adventurers like us must watch out for this woman, for she has the capability to rally an order representing justice and The Bronze Sea against us. It’s best not to be on her bad side or we may be in her precious collection.
