Acko has passed on, leaving only the remnants of their creative pen behind.

One is thus confronted with the question: to what reason doth people leave the forums? Is it always due to real life matters? Burnout? The toxicity, arguments, and users that start both?

What was the cause for Acko as an individual to leave? Were the expectations too overwhelming for his art? Was it that he felt obligated to provide fanservice to the degenerates among us? Or was it simply their time to move beyond this forum of arcane squabbles and onto new frontiers?

Mayhap we shan’t ever know. Mayhap it is best that we do not. We can only wish them the best in their endeavors. So I ask that we all raise a glass [of something non-alcoholic as this is a 13+ game], and give a toast—to Acko.

This other guy also seems to have anon’d himself silently shortly after the forums returned but since I don’t think he was super well known here I think it might be best to let him actually remain anonymous since people wouldn’t recognize his user anyway
