The animation wont be done for a while because it went from a 10 seconds silly clip to a 2 minute short video due to brainstorming. At least Im nearly finished with the rough draft, so soon I will start to polish the animation and add VFX.
Not done yet, I still have to create a background to replace the checkboard plane placeholder, and learn how to do proper VFX and lighting. Although I’m happy with what I’ve managed to create so far.
Animating without IKs makes me want to rip my own face off, but it is too late to remake their rigs now. Remember to always make proper rigs if you are going to animate. Don’t be stupid like me!
For those who dont know this is what hell looks like:
Hey your tv model (my dumbass thought it was a pc at first ) looks absolutely awesome. I’m curious about learning blender myself so I was hoping if you could tell me how you started out since I’m a bit lost here on where to begin.
hey, thanks! So, a good way of starting with blender is The Donut Tutorial, by the glorious Blender Guru.
Also, if you have any questions about blender my DMs are open
PS/Note: I didnt watched the entirety of the tutorial myself, the way I learned blender was by learning the very basic and then modeling some weapons to export to roblox studio and just searched solutions everytime I didnt knew how to do something, slowly getting used to new tools.
PPS: A good way of learning new things (at least for me) is by trying to recreate something cool you saw. Be it an animation, object, place, concept art or someone elses animation, model, etc.
