The aberration being Hades is a fabrication in every way, because people had nothing to work with and decided “must be hades then.”
And yes, Hades was puppeteering Acheron to do evil, yes he did command a cult, he’s still the villain.

suprise the last villain is the peacekeeper but controlled by an evil fusion of hades and durza, THAT would be cool

I think it’s gonna be the lore doc mystery man (who, from what we know, predates the titans, so definitely not hades)

I haven’t really thought about the aberration in a while, so I didn’t even consider Arcane Gaster as an option, that would make most sense, aside from the fact that he wasn’t a character when the aberration was put in dialogue.
