should probably have some silver linings to help it out a bit, i’m thinking it should keep blocking penetration and/or have boosted clash power on top of what you suggested?

I mean %damage itself is already quite strong, and if we change it to increase player damage depending on the % health of enemy, then it’s just power 2
But one thing I agree on is that ap should pierce through blocking, not through resistance though
