It enables light mode
wonder what the magic stat level is?
I expect it to be 160
Seems broken, and I think some weird stat placement could allow non-mage build to use it, so probably 200

Only mages can access 160 point spells, which is the same case with pulsar
nimbus sea update. paladin gonna be shadow breathing.
I am expecting it to be at least 200. in that case hybrids would get Pulsar and Surge in the next level increase (assuming its +10)

Probably one of the best things about surge is that I think you can end it as early as you like to avoid massive punishment
