I get what you mean, however rare items need rng to maintain its rarity. If an item didn’t have RNG but it was just hard to get, it wouldn’t be considered rare.
As bad as client side can be, server side probably wouldn’t turn out too well

Yeah I know, but some items just don’t need any RNG and don’t add shit to the game by having RNG (amulets 
) and mainly just literally everything and anything has RNG so try to get basically anything from chests could take from 2 minutes to 2 weeks, merchants kiiinda fix this a little, but still there’s so many chest items that it’s kinda dumb annoying to find anything you want. Less RNG on common items would be really poggers.
Bro the RNG is so high for amulets you can’t even complain about it, literally gotta open 10 chests and already got a dull amulet, ez. I understand some ppl can’t walk ten steps and open some chests tho totally understandable. 
Please spare me some of that rng
