How do you guys think the javelin spell will work?

My best guess is that it’s a more-effective version of the Beam spell, like how Pulsar is essentially a better Blast.

I will bet 25% of my Mage’s current enchantment scrolls that Javelins will be like Beams and Surges will be like Explosions.

What do y’all think the second Rare Spell will be like? Guessing that since Javelin sounds like a Beam-like spell, the other one will be similar to an Explosion, or maybe that ground-only Leap spell I saw on the Wiki some time ago.
