I will say, I love this design a lot. The clothes are really creative, I also love some unique pupil designs. The synergy between lighting and water is pretty cool too.

Ooooo girlie pop!!! And look at that outfit!! That watery smoke concept is actually so brilliant too. Like Imagine that animated! How cool would that be!! And the Ivy tattoo motif that ties everything up so nicely like what noelle has!! 
I think my favorite part of her is that little scarf tho… idk why… it’s like… it’s so preppy, but she’s also kinda mysterious. You need to get to know her before you really know what she’s up for. the height just adds to the “shit yourself” factor, especially since height just kinda naturally intimidates - especially rare heights that may be regarded as otherwise not natural (despite being possible)
