fought ch9 boss, one word FRAUD!
For some reason, it entered my inventory at Level 10, not 9. I am also not seeing the option to fuse jewels, I may have to reload. I crafted 1115 rare basic reagent jewels to get from the max carryover to Level 10. Adding a second reagent once you unlock that does not increase experience. Also, one great thing:
I did not have Luck running when I crafted these. They rolled max % naturally.
