Fact-that-is-fun-for-everyone-but-short-people: most militaries throughout history have had a height requirement. It could be gotten around if you were only a bit shorter, but those who were literal dwarves were generally barred.
Therefor, Arcane Odyssey is unrealistic. I will not stand for this kind of fantastical silliness in my grounded, realistic magic game. /srs
