I think you missed the point of my argument. im not saying that the models are bad per se, but the time and effort shouldve been spent creating new fresh pokemon instead (or at the very least import the old 3ds models to have a complete national dex)

Youre thinking of evolutions, these are just the same pokemon (barring some insignificant type or stat differences) but reskinned
