You could say the same for most of the title changes proposed
people know what an enchanter is, you can understand what a spellblade or a spell knight is, theurgist seems mystical enough to get the point across; protean is utterly mysterious until you google it. it sounds like some era of ancient life, like cambrian or paleozoic
my proposal to the Savant name is “Savant of Combat” as that is exactly what Vetex intended from the name Savant, it’s just not clear
i would say just generalist, if i saw someone who used magic, spirit weapons, weapons, and hand to hand combat, i’d call them a generalist
The majority of humanity has just grown less intelligent over the years, they need to read a book for once…
vote “theurgist” for paladin, its peak
“theu” as a prefix means “god” and paladins use both gifts from the gods (magic, spirit)
I concur.

(as a paladin i want to be called a theurgist)
Guys warlord needs to take the juggernaut name
It fits perfectly
Theurgist ain’t winning bro
YES
I mean, any build can be a hugely powerful overwhelming force, but Warlords are the only one where you can really tell just by a glance how strong they are. A Mage could look like a low-tier wizard but really be capable of wiping out a mountain. But Warlord? Huge muscle mass, capable of wearing bulky armor as well, and they have GIANT weapons. Very fitting of Juggernaut.
Still filling out the poll having trouble deciding what would replace warlock
Called them Weavers because they imbue their hands with magics, but that can apply to mages aswell
Synergist is the best I could find, even though it fits Savant too. You could use Protean for Savant, or just suggest Synergist for both (they can’t tell).
For some reason I like Monk as a replacement name even less because of its DnD connotations, but meh I guess “close quarters fighting style imbued with holy energy” is close enough compared to some other potential names. It just isn’t that fitting to me, especially since AO already has in-universe monks separate from the class.
Yeah the fact that there are in-universe monks separate from the class makes me think nobody in-universe would choose Monk as this build name. I prefer Zealot since that’s a nicher term that they may be more likely to go with.
I mean Monks exude restriction. Them not using weapons and using only hands and the power of God in said hands
