Electrons randomly teleport between different locations, orbitals are just bell curves. But it never actually hits 0, so there’s technically an astronomically low chance all the electrons in your body would teleport to the same location at the same time, creating a black hole and killing you instantly.

I basically just have a lot of pokeballs stored in hammer space
i’m not sure but i’ll make it so your pokemon can only use “normal” moves (not “magically” enhanced ones; a pokemon could physically punch but not release ice for example)
also it disables you from using your pokemon’s abilities
since summoning them is your power you can probably keep the ones you’ve already summoned on the field, but you can’t summon any more while you’re being negated
