yea, just teleport the air around the bullets somewhere else and then portal them quickly

i could place them like tangent to/touching a person but i couldn’t make one in the middle of their arm or something
given that you can only teleport things you touch, would you be able to move ur hand out of the way then create the portal faster than the surrounding air simply rushes back in?

also wouldn’t you only be able to teleport a thin layer of air near ur skin away
i’m always touching air and all air is connected, so i don’t need to be near the bullets to remove the air
so you can teleport all air in the atmosphere away?
about how big exactly is a small room so i can answer this? just so i can get an idea of scale
