only moderately practical advantage water would have is being able to absorb hits since I can just turn into liquid

it means you’re strong enough to wreck a room with your water, that’s enough to turn a regular human to mush easily
we have room level durability as well, though I’m not sure what that means in regard to the functioning of our organs. You could interpret it as meaning that you could die and your corpse would still have room level durability, as in- it would require a level attack to destroy in the same sense that a room would be destroyed by the attack

yes but not easily, but what I’m asking is whether room level durability means that a room level attack is needed to kill you, or a room level attack is needed to destroy your body
let me use this example: our brain only works within a narrow temperature range, does room level durability mean that this is not the case?
