no, atlantean essence stat will change whenever stats are added or removed

if you put essence on a strong sunken armor piece you’d get atk speed since you dont have it yet

if you put it on a clean piece then yeah you’d get power, but it would change back to atk speed if you enchanted it with strong

update: I wasted it lmao

I thought I could get it to roll power on a level 1 Vatrachos armor but it didn’t apply until I upgraded it and it rolled size.

It gives the item a stat it doesn’t have, in an order of priority. Power seems to have the highest priority, but an item that already gives power would give Defense instead, so on and so on
