This is against rule 14, specifically the “creating artificial activity” part.

When you make a topic like this, you make the promise of likes the primary motivation for replying to that topic.
Rather than starting discussion, asking some questions or trying to show something funny, a topic like this only serves for people to reply to in any way to receive likes, making interactions with it artificial.
