The brewing update is real
We’ll get water breathing just so we can do underwater stuff, but we’ll have to wait until the next update to get brewing in its entirety
Potions already?? Wow, I wasn’t expecting that for update 1. Makes sense for it to be the water breathing one’s first though.

Lingering implies that it will be thrown like a Minecraft potion of lingering…
Does this mean I can hypothetically throw stat resetting potions that lingers?

im pretty sure not all potions will have all variations, and intercharge potion(stat reset one) will be only 1 tier consumable or smth like that.
Wait shit then I hope this doesn’t become another mechanic that ends up having ass execution. Cooking was good so I hope this will be too.

- Rn we have only variations of drinkable breathing potion, and we, sadly, will be able to make only tier 1-3 potions.

Potion mastery would make sense, although I fear the issue of it feeling like an obligation.

Now that i think about it.
Cooking mastery works pretty simple, cooking exp - hunger value of an item. But you cant quite do the same with potions, plus you always get 2 of them.
So uhh…I still want potion mastery, so i can be best alchemist on whole server!
