The server is for kids because it is a community for a roblox game, and roblox is family friendly.
Me on my way to invite my 8 year old brother to Rogue Lineage. Roblox is for a target demographic of kids, doesn’t mean game discords have to be for kids.
I actually disagree with that statement. I don’t like how you can just click one link on a Roblox page and suddenly you’re in a server full of people calling each other slurs.
Except you can and you seem to overly want to restrict freedom of speech, you’d also have to download discord confirming you’re 13+, then connect bloxlink, then confirm you’re 18+ before seeing nsfw.
Kids don’t care about lying about being 13 because they’re stupid

This is a fairly sad argument. If a kid claims to be 18+, and then get access to 18+ content, it is not the fault of the people who made the 18+ content.

Bro that’s the kid’s fault then, clicking on something labeled nsfw is the same thing as googling porn and not expecting porn.
I see the fact that children have such ready access to PornHub as an unfortunate consequence of the inability to moderate who goes on there and who doesn’t. Since PornHub is literally made for porn, it’s not like they can just delete the site. All they can do is add a shoddy disclaimer.
A discord is different. If the discord owner both knows that children are there and has no real reason to include an NSFW server (PornHub DOES exist, after all), then why should they? It’s allowing children access to that stuff while having the ability to not do so.
Children are children, after all. They’re incapable of understanding the impact of being exposed to that content at that young age then. You expect an adult to have more discretion while browsing the internet than a child, most lack the discipline to do that.
