do you accept free art programs/apps suggestions? (depending if you’re gonna use pc or phone)
Anything that is better than paint 3d ( I’ll probably use phone, since using a mouse will be a pain in the butt)
i’d suggest ibis paint or medibang ig, both are free, idk about about medibang since i’ve never used it but ibis paint is good enough with it’s free version
