He wears a mask, I still haven’t figured out the eating part but its probably like Darth Vader where there’s a space to open so he can eat
Unlike Vader his face isn’t severly scarred or deformed that he needs the mask to survive so he can just take it off if he wants

I didn’t expect anyone to remember me or my art but thanks.
I’ll just write it here: I’m currently moving away from AO and rewriting my OCs into my own original fantasy world. This caused huge changes in their lore, and also their drip, which I am redesigning rn. School has started and I’m definitely going to be busy soon. I’ve made some progress that I’m very happy about, espesally on the OC’s lore. I would like to continue to persue my passion of writing and drawing, but maybe not in AO anymore.
I’ll finish the poster once I’ve finalised the designs since I am happy with the current poster’s sketch.
