I can agree that at the moment, the resolution of the magics aren’t as good as they can actually be. Because of that I would definitely would like to see these being implemented or at least the old ones being changed to be more of a higher quality image.
dont forget some of the tweaked ones too such as colours and design
I just like minimalistic things.
The only icon that truly needs to be revamped is wood. It’s really complicated.
True, though mainly this idea is great. 
wood isnt that different from other magics and kinda more like magma. its outline can look complicated due to its shape but i think it fits it quite well

I love how the designs look a lot more simplified now like Crystal.
Some magic icons in the current game looked a bit too detailed in my opinion, causing them either stand out too much, or made other simplistic magic icons like Water looked lackluster in comparison.
I really prefer these new designs, and the simplicity of these designs fits better with magic circles, ESPECIALLY when magic circles are being reverted back to their more simplistic design back in AA.
