the level 50-100 weapons also wouldn’t be able to use more than a few skills on release, due to weapon skill unlocks depending on the weapon’s minimum level

If he does the 4th and 5th sets, that delays the game release for another 2 months. All to create stuff that won’t even be used until a later update. Horrible decision for every reason.
