I just realized. it never said that it would stop giving rep. BAsically you can defeat a pirate ship and your rep goes up by 67 or something. You can do that as many times as you want and you still get between 1-100 reputation.
Getting legendary hero is going to be so much easier now.

Not really, if you just got wooden planks and food just from a pirate ship. That just gives us a huge idea that the pirate ships are just worthless and really just doesn’t focus on the “pirate lore” as in having weapons and such. So they should at least give some nice galleons, weapons, food, materials, and such.
