Throughout most of WoM/AO mostly you’re not gonna be dealing more than 11 ticks of DoT unless you’re like, using Gold, meaning they’ll either completely outregen it or outregen more than half of DoT. Now you’ll actually be outdamaging regen much often than not and by a larger margin.
