Reminders for AO (Part 1)

Was never a big fan of pillars (the magma ones didn’t look really cool) so this balance doesn’t hurt me much

I have two questions

  1. why do you need 200k unique items
  2. Why high priority?

for optimizing inventory loading

large amount of uniques to see what the game can handle and what needs to be optimized i guess

I see. But isn’t it really punishable? Just 3 blast them or weapon grab?

I honestly liked them (lightning pillar :weary:), I just didn’t use them because of how easily punishable they were and how hard it was to aim a placed one (and it didn’t even do that much damage placed). Not to mention no vertia hitbox???

Also bursts/small barrages got nerfed :frpensive:

I think it’s blasts 2-6 that got nerfed

I thought it only went up to 4

I wonder how hard they were nerfed though…

Might be wrong, but I think pillar’s vertical hitboxes were something that were improved in AO.

It isn’t stated by how much exactly, it just said that it was decreased by some amount in one of the past patch notes
