20-blasts fire completely in about 1.3 seconds so while I doubt they’ll be meta, as in, Most Effective Tactic Available, there’s a chance that they’ll still be very effective.
Probably depends on the magic though, like blinding and fast magics will benefit much more than DoT and slow magics.

Due to the arcing you can’t really spam people so 20-blasts are only really good for punishing until magic becomes larger.

Now that you mention it that’s probably going to be the next stupid gimmick I’m gonna experiment with. Decent magic speed and then pop a speed mode 
You’d probably just wanna commit to one and then use a mode for the other, probably Attack Speed with Destruction mode since the casting buff from Speed mode is only 10% whereas the size buff from Destruction is 30% rn.

Arc is removed for amounts under 5, not amounts over 5. Part of the reason was probably because it would suck to shoot a low amount of blasts with a high chance of some of them missing whereas with a 20 blast it doesn’t matter if you miss a few blasts due to arcing.
Although I’ll miss 2 and 4 blasts arcing those were like the coolest looking attacks.
We learned about rain of arrows when he was making weapon skills, and storm of arrows is a special skill from the lightning boss’s bow (hopefully it’s a lightning type skill)
