My first thought for this was Fort Talos collapsed and we fell down to the deep dungeon part of it, us being jailed is possible though and the next story patch note will probably answer it

Go up into the sky and beat up some random ass noble (who’s basically a hobo)
(optional) beat up a forest hobo
Beat the shit out of the weakest roman warrior (he’s still very strong) and ruin his fort
We beat up a lot of hobos tbh
