It’s a side quest boss, Kuru’s doing it at 75 so I guess 70-80 is a fair range
seeing as its the forest of cernunno boss you can probably also fight him at level 60 because his drops are in that level range
holy fucking shit how has noone talked about the revamped earth magic it looks fucking sick
